- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Upon requesting a referral to a DO, my PCP referred me to Dr. Jorgensen, at New England Sport & Spine. I can see why... Dr. Jorgensen and Dr. Brown have similar 'Doctor best practices' such as: listening to patient, and describing in (non MD language) but in more simple terms, what the situation is with a particular scenario. I liked that he and his PA seemed to be in sync; because if I were to decide to follow-through with Dr. Jorgensen's suggested resolve to my problem, at that location, I knew that I could then trust what the PA would be telling me in post-procedure communications. However, the two front-line Reps. at Manchester Osteopathic are boldly rude, curt, and seemed to be really comfortable there, in that bizarre status. (They do have a 3rd person in that front office; she is located in the back, and seems to just talk on the phone - with very good customer service skills, I would like to add.)July 20, 2017by Sheryl Banden
